Notes on how to use this program:

To start the program, click on the green button. Use the red button to safely close and exit the program. The program may be running even after closing the browser window. Do not open more than one browser window at a time for the CogenProTM application.

If you see only large gray bar below the introduction page, and couldn't get to the password point, your Java Run-time Environment (JRE) may have problems. Please reinstall JRE version 1.4.0 or later.

If you see a gray box below the "Requirement" page for a long time, then the Java plug-in is missing, or not working properly. If you do not have java plug-in, or if you can run java applets and still have problems, you need to upgrade JRE to version 1.4.0 or later. No special changes are required with your operating system to install JRE, but you may have to upgrade Win2k to SP2 or higher. If the problem persists after installing the correct version of JRE, please contact your system administrator since you may not have permission to run such web based programs on your PC.

Your input is appreciated to continually update and improve the program.
